Answer: All portraits are sent by insured delivery. If you live in the UK, the portrait is sent by royal mail special delivery - a next day insured delivery service. If the dog portrait is for an overseas destination, then the painting is sent by air mail insured delivery. In the unlikely event that the portrait is lost or damaged, I can either redo the portrait, or offer you a refund.
