FAQ: What happens if I'm not happy with the portrait?

Answer: If you are not fully satisified with the completed portrait, I am always happy to offer a full refund. If you've payed by cheque, then I never cash a cheque until seven days after posting the work. If you've payed by credit card online, then in these circumstances I would refund you by cheque.
