Oh my Julie. Thank you so very very much. It's utterly beautiful...your work is wonderful. We are beyond happy!!
...both Aaron and I are thrilled to bits with the portrait for Maggies 60th. We gave it to her today to allow her to frame it and she was chuffed to bits - says it's the best birthday present.
I just wanted to drop you a note to say just how pleased I am with the portrait of Connie - it's brilliant, you really have captured the look I was hoping for!

There are a number of options available when commissioning a painting of your dog. For example, it's possible to order a head and shoulders work on a plain background, or commission a more elaborate painting where we see the full body of the dog and some kind of backdrop (e.g. a countryside scene or a your dog resting in his favourite place as we see here!) Portraits can also feature a number of dogs together, either as head and shoulders or full body works. Click here to find out more about Julie's dog portraits.
Horse Portraits can be ordered as head and shoulders studies, and work well at sizes 16" by 12" and larger.

Pastel paintings of cats can be in full body or as head and shoulder portraits. Normally these kind of subjects work well at the 12" by 10" size for head and shoulder studies, and 16" by 12" for painting the cat in full body. As with all my portraits, I work from photos supplied by the customer to create to works. It's possible to view more examples of Julie's cat portraits by following the link.
