What happens if I'm not happy with the portrait?
I always offer a full refund if you're not completely happy with the work. All I ask is that you return the work to me. If you've ordered online, I'll refund the amount you payed via Paypal. If you ordered via the post and payed by cheque, I don't bank cheques to until seven days after posting the work - and so in these circumstances I'd return the cheque to you.
In certain exceptional circumstances (e.g. very large scale works such as group portraits involving more than four subjects or portraits larger than 24" by 18") I may ask for a non-refundable deposit. If this is required I'll discuss this with you before starting the commission.
